Cancellation & Refund Policy

At ParentEye application, we have customized pricing according to the services rendered by us. The details are provided to you beforehand according to the effort, efficiency and the output of the service at our website.

By (i) using the Website/App or any facility or Service provided by the Website/App in any way; or (ii) merely browsing the Website/App, You agree that You have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Privacy Policy and other applicable terms, policies and rules available on the Website/App.

This Policy is an electronic record and this electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Key Terms for Payment

1. You can use payment methods like a debit card, Credit card, or Net banking to purchase ParentEye School Management License. Please check beforehand if any transaction charges are applicable on usage of these payment methods.

2. Make sure that the information you have given or going to provide is accurate and correct to your best knowledge.

3. ParentEye does not provide any warranty or guarantee to any user for using third-party payment services or applications.

4. The ParentEye team or its services never accept any liability for damage, loss, or legal cost of the users by using these services.

Refunds Terms and Conditions

1. The refund on ParentEye School Management Software will be processed within 20 to 30 business days.

2. It will be transferred to the school’s bank account only after receiving all the required information to process the refund. No cash refund requests will be entertained.

3. Refunds will be processed only if the request is made after minimum 3 (three) months of subscription.

4. The decision of refunding the cost will be made solely by the ParentEye (Scientia Innovation Pvt Ltd, Jaipur) management based on the refund request and its authenticity.

5. Upto 1 month of subscription cost will be deducted from the refund amount depending on how much service and support is already given to the client.

6. Domain/server purchased for the website is 100% non-refundable.
